Two additional sump pumps were later added; however, the basement flooded again despite these measures. Subsequent moisture exposure contributed to mold development.

Sewage Backup & Drainage Defects
A sewage backup has occurred in the home. According to a local vendor inspection:
“The rigid TruSense camera indicated that the pipe was flat or reversed in multiple areas. The lack of proper slope, combined with joints that are not fully connected, is likely causing soft clogs that are leading to backups.”

A section of the roof is exhibiting visible sagging, which is on the opposite side of structural issue #1, raising concerns about structural integrity and potential long-term performance issues.
